These terms govern your use of the Tale Behind the Curtain ("TBTC", "we", "us") website at talebehindthecurtain.com and any services you book through it. By using this site you accept these terms.
Tale Behind the Curtain is a content and paid media agency based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We provide video production, scriptwriting, content strategy and Meta Ads management services.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit malicious code.
Booking a strategy call through this site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party. It is an introductory conversation. Any engagement for paid work is governed by a separate written services agreement between us and you.
The case studies, metrics and testimonials on this site reflect actual results achieved for specific clients, drawn from Meta Ads Manager reporting. They are shared as examples, not guarantees. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control: your offer, pricing, market, seasonality, ad spend, platform changes and your responsiveness to leads. We do not guarantee any particular result, lead volume, revenue figure or return on ad spend.
Fees, scope, deliverables and payment terms are set out in your individual services agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, advertising spend paid to Meta is separate from and additional to our management fees, and is billed directly to you by Meta.
All content on this site (text, graphics, video, logos and design) is owned by TBTC or used under licence, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
For client work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the relevant services agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
This site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our services, including loss of profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or withdraw access to this site at any time without notice. Termination of any services agreement is governed by that agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
